A panic attack can be one of the most terrifying experiences that a person has to go through. It’s much more than just feeling like you can’t breathe. It’s much more than just feeling like your heart is beating out of control. The combination of all of the feelings that come with a panic attack have been known to actually put the individual having the panic attack in to an unconscious state.

“When I have a panic attack the first thing I will notice is that I can’t breathe. It feels like your going to die. You feel nervous and your heart is pounding. It’s like when you are at the bottom of a deep pool and you need air. The way you feel when you come up for air and you have to breathe now or you might pass out. But once you get to the surface there is only a little bit of air and you are still suffering. It’s scary.”
