2004 has proved to be a damning year for the drug industry. Questions have been raised about everything from heart problems to suicidal tendencies. Many new findings regarding heart safety have led to the withdrawal of major brand name drugs like Vioxx, Celebrex, and Bextra. Even the over the counter drug Aleve has been under the microscope of the FDA.

Now, Antidepressant drugs have black-box warnings that warn of increased risk of suicide. Also, Strattera was found to cause serious liver damage in a few patients.
